Histórias is an instrumental single that blends elements of baião and fusion into a narrative structure, where the music unfolds as a sequence of voices, versions, and transformations of the same idea.
The composition is based on the concept of how stories change as they are told passing through different emotional states, tensions, and distortions, until returning to a point of clarity.
The piece grows and shrinks in density, dynamics, and intensity, moving through moments of restlessness, conflict, and enthusiasm, and concludes with a cleaner, more affirmative ending — as a reaffirmation of the essence behind all versions of the same story.
"Histórias" is a Portuguese word that means "Stories" in English.
